RJK Homes, LLC was established in 1999 as a partnership between Greg Padgett and Rick Klewein. The original company objective was to buy distressed properties, repair, restore and sell them.  In 2000, RJK Homes began to build residential housing as well as develop tracts of land for residential housing. Since 2000, RJK Homes, LLC has successfully developed and sold over 225 residential lots.

Greg is the day to day Manger of Operations for RJK Homes, LLC.  Prior to forming a partnership with Rick, Greg  worked as an engineer and in printing. He is  currently a Georgia Licensed Builder for both  Residential and Light Commercial Projects.  He is certified as an Earth Craft Builder. Greg  is also certified in Erosion Control Management.  Greg has an innate ability to visualize completed projects. Greg and his wife Robyn have four sons, Joel who is entering his first year of law school, Scott who is a sophomore at Georgia Tech, Bryan and Jordan who are both juniors in high school.

Rick currently runs several development projects.  He is semi-retired, previously being a partner in  a high-end construction company. Rick  is a great asset  to the company with his knowledge of finance and his ability to work directly with people to find positive solutions to issues.  Rick and his wife Pam have two children, Tara who is presently in the last year of veterinary school and a son, Ryan who works for RJK Homes.
